This item is used on the Mini Truck when the Brake Caliper or the Strut hits the back side of the ATV Wheel or Tire. If your Caliper sticks out past the flat surface of the brake rotor you will need this item.
We carry several bolt patterns which include 4/110, 4/115, 4/4 or 4/100.
